Oren showed up on time to look at our broken oven. Was very friendly and the quote was very reasonable to replace our heating element. He ordered the part right away, and again showed up on time to do the repair. I don't think I've ever had an appliance repairman show up on time, and it's something I really appreciate. We have espresso cabinets which are easily damaged from even light scratches, and we were worried about them because our wall oven had to come all the way out. Oren was very careful and left no trace of his ever being to our home. I would/will definitely hire again for any future repairs and also recommend to others.

One morning we came down to ice melting in our freezer and the fridge half warm as well. Oren came that same day, exactly when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem in about 7 minutes. He let me know that he could repair it, but the cost would be only a few hundred dollars short of replacing the fridge with a new one. Not the best news, but I was glad for his honesty. We did decide to just replace but the next time one of our appliances acts up, I’ll be calling him again.
